Center for Alexandria's Children
In 2008, there were 1,096 reports of child abuse and/or neglect in Alexandria. These statistics do not take into account the number of cases that are never reported. The Center for Alexandria’s Children protects children and strengthens families by coordinating the investigation, prosecution, treatment and prevention of child abuse in one safe, child-friendly facility. The CAC is a public-private partnership dedicated to one purpose: the elimination of child abuse in the City of Alexandria.

  Give Back Alexandria will be hosting the 3rd Annual Bubbles & Bluegrass at the Lord Fairfax House on June 3, 2010! We will be featuring live music from Over Under Down Yonder and hosting the Everybody Wins Auction to benefit our grantee partners SCAN of Northern Virginia and The Reading Connection.
